Job summary

William H Brown, part of Connells Group, is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales teams in Reepham and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you begin a rewarding career in property.

You will learn valuation processes, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and support sales through to completion while building connections with clients and the local community.

Qualifications

• No estate agency experience required; full training provided.
• Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and results.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and progress across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services and more.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to Mortgage Services.
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers and the local community.
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
