Connells Group in Brighton is seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join the Fox & Sons residential sales team. You will gain hands-on experience in valuations, viewings, and negotiations, with a £25k base salary plus uncapped commission and structured development path toward

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
