Responsibilities

• Carrying out canvassing to generate new business.
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings.
• Learning how to market properties to attract prospective buyers.
• Matching buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings.
• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors and other parties.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing excellent customer service.
• Learning how to negotiate offers and progress property sales.
• Supporting buyers and vendors throughout the sales process from offer to completion.
• Keeping accurate records and supporting smooth branch operations.
