Job summary

Brostow Irwin Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Trainee Sales Negotiator based in Basildon. No prior experience required as comprehensive training will be given, with emphasis on charisma, energy and strong client rapport.

You will learn to manage viewings, market properties and support buyers and vendors through the sales process. Hours are Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 with Saturdays 9:00–16:00 and a weekly day off.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and personal development within sales.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out property viewings.
• Learn how to market properties to attract buyers.
• Match buyers to suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Maintain regular contact with buyers and vendors.
• Guide buyers and vendors through the sales process to completion.
• Support the smooth daily running of the branch.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in canvassing to generate new business.
