Job summary

Bridgfords Estate Agents in Washington is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent who will work toward becoming a Sales Negotiator for our residential sales team. This entry‑level role includes an industry leading development and training program.

You will generate valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through to exchange and completion, while scheduling appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Qualifications

• Preferably an experienced sales person.
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities

• The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
