Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office and internet.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Agree sales and progress through to exchange and completion.
