At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Stourbridge. This entry-level role offers comprehensive industry-leading training and development programs, with the goal of progressing to a Sales Negotiator position.

Role Overview

You will assist clients in finding their dream homes by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing sales. Additionally, you'll help schedule appointments for our branch Mortgage Advisor, maximizing every opportunity.
