Job description

What’s in it for you?

  • Basic salary of £24,000-£28,000 depending on experience
  • Commission of approx. £5,500 per annum
  • Quarterly incentive bonus totalling £2,500 per annum
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) of £36,000 per annum

  • Supporting and guiding clients through the buying and selling process
  • Managing your own portfolio of applicants and vendors

  • Working closely with your team to achieve shared targets and provide full coverage of the Cheltenham area
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication at all times

Helpful extras

  • Full-time, permanent role based in Cheltenham
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
  • One in three Saturdays: 8.45am - 4.00pm (with a day off in lieu)
  • Family-style working environment where you are empowered and supported
