At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator in our residential sales team in Flitwick. This entry-level role provides comprehensive training in all aspects of the estate agency model through an industry-leading development and training program.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing team in Stony Stratford, where we have been market leaders for two consecutive years.

The Role

In this role, you will assist clients in finding their dream homes. You will be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales. Additionally, you will help schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
