At Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator in our residential sales team in London. This entry-level role involves learning all aspects of the estate agency model through an industry-leading development and training program.

You will assist clients in finding their dream homes, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate sales. Additionally, you'll optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
