Fantastic career opportunity at our busy and successful Reeds Rains Branch in Glossop as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator, you will:

• Register customers and carry out property matches for sales and lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross-sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be given; however, we will be requiring relevant transferable skills in customer service, sales, and targeted environments.

In return, we offer:

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £24,000.
• 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office-based.
