Job description

Connells Group, known locally as William H Brown, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic apprentice to learn administration, sales, and marketing skills, paving the way for a career in the property business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading estate agency as an apprentice and earn a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification through Babington.

This award-winning branch is in need of another team member to support its growing business!

Your Role as an Apprentice:

Reporting to the branch manager, your duties will include:

1. Supporting sales and general business through administration.
2. Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
3. Registering customers and assisting them in their property search.
4. Visiting properties as part of your role.
5. Canvassing for potential business and sales opportunities.
6. Conducting accompanied viewings with clients.
7. Opportunity to earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training that complements the apprenticeship. For the right candidate, there is potential for progression into a full estate agency career.

Training Provided:

• Optional Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English if not already obtained.
• Successful completion may entitle you to student membership of the National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
