Job Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, we are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team in Manchester. You will ensure our customers receive high-quality service and support, acting as a point of contact for inquiries, booking appointments, and promoting our additional services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contact previous and current clients to discuss opportunities offered by LRG
  2. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
  3. Process online applications and convert them into appointments/leads for branches
  4. Promote products and services, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  5. Achieve KPIs set by managers
Candidate Requirements
  1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  3. Ability to educate customers on LRG's services
  4. Grade C at GCSE level in English Language or equivalent
  5. Highly motivated and career-oriented
