Your role as a Trainee Estate Agent/Trainee Sales Negotiator

The main responsibilities include generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to succeed in this role

• Preferably experience in sales
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
