About the Role

At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Torquay. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training to learn all aspects of the estate agency model, leading to potential progression as a Sales Negotiator.

Role Overview

You will assist clients in finding their dream homes, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize sales. You'll also help schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and Experience

• Preferably experienced in sales
• Excellent customer care and service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, detail-oriented, and numerate
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
