Apprentice Estate Agent

Connells Group, known locally as Fox & Sons, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic apprentice to learn administration, sales, and marketing skills, enabling a career in the property business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading estate agency as an apprentice and gain a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification via Babington.

Your Role as an Apprentice:

Reporting to the branch manager, your duties will include:

1. Supporting sales and general business through administration.
2. Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
3. Registering customers and assisting them in their property search.
4. Visiting properties and canvassing for potential business.
5. Carrying out accompanied viewings with customers.
6. Opportunity to earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training, with potential career progression within the company.

Skills required:

• Interest in pursuing a career in sales.
• Focus on customer care and service.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email).
• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Committed to achieving the apprenticeship.

Training provided:

• Ongoing workplace training and support.
• Achievement of Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship via virtual learning, with coaching and workshops.
• Support for Level 2 Maths and English if not already obtained.
• Potential for student membership of National Association of Estate Agents (Propertymark) upon successful completion.
