Trainee Estate Agent

At Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Bath. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training to learn all aspects of the estate agency model and participate in an industry-leading development program.

OTE: £27,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

In this role, you will assist clients in finding their dream homes. You will be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize sales. Additionally, you'll help schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent

• Preferably experience in sales
