What You'll Do:

As a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities include generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, closing sales, and progressing transactions from exchange to completion. You'll also maximize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Who We're Looking For:

We seek sales-oriented individuals who thrive in target-driven environments, provide outstanding customer care, and demonstrate resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with IT literacy, are essential. A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.

Experience:

No estate agency experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Candidates from field sales roles or call centre sales are of particular interest.
