At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to develop into a Sales Negotiator within our residential sales team in Bitterne. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and development in all aspects of estate agency.

Role Overview

You will assist clients in finding their dream homes, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate sales. Additionally, you'll help schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor, maximizing every opportunity.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Preferably experienced in sales
• Excellent customer care and service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
