Job summary

Riverside Environmental Services Ltd is a trainee programme provider within the Celnor Group, offering a fully funded, on-the-job training path in environmental monitoring and asbestos services. The role starts as an Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst and progresses toward consultancy and project management.

Compensation starts at £26,095 per year, with a structured development plan, exam-based progress, and a potential route to senior positions within the group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher (e.g. Degree, A-Levels or NVQ Level 3 minimum).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to commit to 2–4 hours of personal study per week as part of the training programme.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
• Professional, friendly and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to successfully complete technical training, audits and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Join the Training Academy to develop the next generation of Asbestos Consultants.
• Train as an Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst, gaining hands-on experience before progressing into consultancy and project management roles.
• participate in a structured training and development plan covering surveying, analysis, leadership and compliance.
