Job summary

Riverside Environmental Services Ltd is launching a fully funded Training Academy in Swanley to develop the next generation of Asbestos Consultants. Trainees begin as Asbestos Surveyors and Analysts, gaining hands-on experience while earning a salary within the academy programme.

The programme offers on-the-job training with progression into consultancy and project management, plus monthly performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle and pension.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualification or higher.
• Willingness to commit 2–4 hours of personal study per week as part of the training programme.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence with regular driving.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Train as an Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst with hands-on experience.
• Progress into consultancy and project management roles within the academy.
• Participate in a funded on-the-job training programme with structured development.
