Job summary

Riverside Environmental Services Ltd is launching a Training Academy to train the next generation of Asbestos Consultants. The programme is fully funded and on-the-job, with a path to become a consultant and project manager.

It includes an academy with monthly bonuses and a clear two-year salary growth to about £30,000. Starting at £25,058 (with a £1,000 academy bonus) and rising to £30,400 by year two (with a £2,000 academy bonus), the role offers a structured development plan and benefits such

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher required.
• Willingness to study 2–4 hours per week as part of the training programme.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence with regular driving.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
• Professional, friendly and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to successfully complete technical training, audits and examinations.
• A methodical and detail oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Train as an Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst on-the-job.
• Progress into consultancy and project management roles.
• Develop through Riverside Training Academy.
• Gain hands-on experience in environmental monitoring and assessment.
