Job summary

Qualifications

• Trainee status in Emergency Care Practitioner development.
• Experience in urgent and emergency care environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical reasoning.
• Commitment to a 'see and treat' patient flow and no-wait philosophy.

Responsibilities

• See, assess, and discharge patients with minor illnesses or injuries within designated UECS sites.
• Collaborate with doctors, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and other ECPs/ENPs to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in training and portfolio development to progress towards qualified EP status.
• Rotational work across Minor Injuries Unit, Rugby Urgent Treatment Centre and Coventry City Urgent Treatment Centre; engage in teaching sessions.
