Graticules Optics in Tonbridge is seeking a Trainee Production Operative in our Electroforming Department. You will receive full training to learn specialist processes and become proficient in producing precision components through hands-on work.

The role involves learning mandrel preparation, grid cleaning, electroforming, quality checks, and following health & safety guidance. A 9-day fortnight option and a permanent position offer long-term development.

Qualifications

• No previous electroforming experience required; full training provided.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
