Proactive Technical Limited in Farnborough is seeking Trainee/Junior Electro Mechanical Assemblers to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing organisation near Farnborough. This is a trainee level role with no prior experience required, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

You will work closely with the Production Engineering and Quality teams to assemble mechanical and electro/mechanical assemblies from engineering drawings, with full training provided on

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; trainee level role.
• You will work with Production Engineering and Quality teams to assemble from engineering drawings.
• Full training provided on assembly, testing, ESD control and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of mechanical and electro/mechanical assemblies from drawings.
• Soldering, wiring, crimping.
• Using tools and fixtures safely and correctly.
• Testing and inspection of assemblies.
• Follow ISO procedures and ESD control.
• Ensure all work meets engineering specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with 5S principles.
• Adhere to health & safety requirements.
• Full training provided on assembly, testing, ESD control and quality procedures.
• Opportunity to progress to Skilled Assembler, Test Technician or Production Technician roles.
