Term Time Teachers in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Education sector team. This is a great stepping stone into recruitment, with full cross-sector training and a clear path to develop your career.

We offer a competitive base salary of 26.5k–30k DOE, plus uncapped commission and comprehensive training. You’ll build relationships with schools, source and place education professionals, and help shape staffing across primary and secondary education.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or hospitality
• Great relationship-building skills and commercial awareness

Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
• Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines
• Arranging interviews and managing placements
• Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
