Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Training through our Training Academy covers DVSA Parts 1–3 with flexible hours and the option to work part‑time or full‑time. Lesson rates average about £38 per hour, with earnings potential around £39k a year for 32 hours per week and £50k+ for 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through DVSA Parts 1-3 and provide structured in-car coaching.
• Teach learners locally and at different times to fit flexible hours.
