Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible working and genuine job satisfaction.

You’ll train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1-3, with ongoing coaching. Lesson rates typically around £38 per hour, and earnings can reach £39k+ yearly depending on hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and prepare them for DVSA tests.
• Provide patient instruction and feedback to learners.
