Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support. You’ll train through our Training Academy and learn DVSA Part 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and coaching from day one.

Lesson rates average around £38/hr, with potential to earn £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week, reflecting flexible hours and nationwide coverage.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trainee driving lessons across nationwide locations.
• Complete DVSA Parts 1–3 training and use provided lesson plans.
• Support learners with structured in-car coaching and progress tracking.
