Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet high learner demand. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates average £38 per hour. Working 32 hours/week can earn around £39k per year, and 40 hours/week typically exceeds £50k.

You’ll train at our new Training Academy and learn via DVSA Parts 1–3 with flexible hours and local postcodes coverage.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years (DVSA requirements)
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train learners through our Training Academy
• Teach driving at local postcodes with flexible hours
• Provide high-quality learner support and feedback
