Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required as the company offers full training and ongoing support through its Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.

Start earning as you learn: lesson rates around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k annually at 32 hours per week or £50k+ at 40 hours. Flexible hours and nationwide coverage enable working around your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for 3+ years is required.
• No more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy with online, classroom and in-car coaching.
• Guide learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and use lesson plans to support progress.
• Deliver effective driving instruction and help learners qualify as instructors.
