Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with earning potential and flexible working.

You'll train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with lesson plans and in-car coaching to help you qualify. Typical earnings around £38/hr, with 32–40 hours/week and the option for full‑time work nationally.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive across the UK within a ~30‑minute radius (covering 6–8 postcodes)
• Deliver lessons and provide progress feedback to learners
• Support learners through the DVSA process as they work towards qualification
