Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training is provided and ongoing support is given to help you qualify with confidence.

You'll train through our Training Academy, complete DVSA Parts 1-3, and start earning with lesson rates around £38/hr. Earnings scale with hours worked, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learners through our DVSA-aligned framework with guidance from the Training Academy.
• Teach locally within a typical 30-minute radius to cover 6-8 postcodes.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Education

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in the last 5 years
