Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through a dedicated Training Academy, with DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 guidance to help you qualify.

Instructors can work flexible hours, with earnings potential highlighted: typically around £38 per hour in lessons, up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week, and over £50k if you work 40 hours/week. Training fees can be paid back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• You will train through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching and online learning.
• Our Training Academy provides lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.
