Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with structured in-car coaching and access to a Training Academy.

Typical lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week. Work weekdays, evenings, weekends, or part-time to suit you.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive as part of national rollout.
• Attend the My Four Wheels Training Academy for DVSA Parts 1-3.
• Deliver lessons and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
