Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support. You can train through our Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support, and structured in-car coaching.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour. Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week, and around £50,000+ with 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius and cover 6-8 postcodes
• Participate in DVSA training milestones and progress through Part 1, 2 and 3
• Provide high-quality in-car coaching and lesson plans under supervision
