Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required – full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train as Trainee Driving Instructor with our new Training Academy.
• Teach learners locally, typically within a 30‑minute radius.
• Deliver lessons once training is completed and supported by DVSA guidance.
