My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required - we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding career.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn £39k+ per year for 32 hours/week and over £50k at 40 hours/week. You can work flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends, or part-time/full-time.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• Training through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.
• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons as a Trainee Instructor across the UK with support from the Training Academy.
• Work flexible hours: weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
• Progress through DVSA licensing steps with comprehensive lesson plans and coaching.
