Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with nationwide coverage. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required - full training and ongoing support provided.

Earn around £38 per hour per lesson, with potential to reach £39k+ annually for 32 hours/week and higher earnings at 40 hours. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time, with a new Training Academy and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous instructor experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving locally within a typical 30-minute radius.
• Deliver structured lessons and progress learners to DVSA tests.
• Record learner progress and adapt coaching to individual needs.

Skills

UK driving licence (3+ years)

Penalty points ≤ 5

No bans in last 5 years
