Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide. We're recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK; no previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k per year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours, and local teaching within a 30-minute radius.

Dual-control car options available through partner providers.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons under supervision and progress learners.
• Follow DVSA guidance and My Four Wheels training.
• Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress.
