Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK, nationwide, with no previous experience required. We provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy.

Lessons are paid at an average rate of £38 per hour, with earnings potential around £39k per year for a 32-hour week, and £50k+ for 40 hours. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and part-time options.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• DVSA requirements: hold UK licence 3+ years, max 5 penalty points, no bans in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners within local area; work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.
• Participate in My Four Wheels Training Academy programmes to complete DVSA Parts 1–3.
• Support learners through structured lesson plans and ongoing coaching.
