Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with nationwide coverage and is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding career with flexible hours and strong earning potential.

You will train through our Training Academy while teaching locally once qualified, with lesson rates around £38 per hour and earnings estimates from £39k to £50k+ depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Deliver driving lessons to learners.
• Follow DVSA training pathway and participate in the Training Academy.
• Maintain safe vehicle and record progress.
