Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; full training provided through our Training Academy, with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.

You can earn around £38/hr average lesson rate, with potential to reach about £39k–£50k per year depending on hours worked (32–40 per week). Train locally within a 30-minute radius and gain DVSA guidance.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Undergo DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training with structured in-car coaching.
• Receive lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to qualify with confidence.
• Teach learners locally once qualified within a typical 30-minute radius.
