Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience required; full training is provided through our Training Academy, with DVSA progression from Part 1 to Part 3 and ongoing support.

You'll earn around £38 per hour in lessons, with potential to reach £39k annually at 32 hours/week or over £50k at 40 hours/week, teaching locally within a 30-minute radius and using dual-control cars via partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Participate in our Training Academy designed for complete beginners, including online learning, live classroom support, and in-car coaching.
• Teach learners locally across the UK, working with flexible hours and part-time or full-time options.
• Progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 with lesson plans, resources, and ongoing support to qualify confidently.
