Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK, with full training provided and ongoing support. No prior experience is required, and you can start training through our new academy to achieve DVSA Part 1–3 qualifications.

Earn around £38 per hour in lesson rates and the potential to reach £39k+ yearly at 32 hours/week, with flexibility to work more hours. Local teaching within a 30-minute radius, full training and dual-control car options available.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required.
• Comprehensive DVSA-aligned training through the Training Academy.
• Support through DVSA Parts 1–3 with lesson plans and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within Fernhill Heath area and surrounding postcodes.
• Deliver structured driving lessons and progress learners toward DVSA requirements.
• Coordinate with the Training Academy for coaching and progress checks.
• Adapt teaching to individual learner needs, ensuring safe driving practices.
