Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided to help you qualify with confidence.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50,000+ at 40 hours/week. You can work weekdays, evenings, weekends, or part-time, all within a local 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years and have no more than 5 penalty points.
• No DVSA bans in the last 5 years.
• Willing to undertake DVSA training courses and complete Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally within a defined radius.
• Provide structured in-car coaching and lesson plans.
• Support trainees through DVSA testing stages and licensing.
