Job summary

My Four Wheels is a driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support. You'll train through our Training Academy, learning DVSA parts 1–3 and receiving in-car coaching to build confidence and skills.

Average lesson rate is about £38 per hour, with earnings potential up to £39k per year for a 32-hour week and £50k+ for a 40-hour week, depending on hours and postcodes.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learner drivers to DVSA standards (Parts 1–3).
• Deliver clear, patient instruction and feedback.
• Support learners through the training academy and ongoing coaching.
