Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors, recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support. Expect rates around £38/hr with potential to earn £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week, and higher at 40 hours.

You'll train through our new Training Academy and receive structured in-car coaching as you progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius covering 6-8 postcodes and conduct lessons.
• Apply for Trainee License after DVSA Part 2.

Education

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in last 5 years
