Ipsum is recruiting for a Drainage Trainee based in Leicester. You will join a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, learning skills on-site in two-person crews on low-complexity schemes. A full driving licence is required, and the role is full-time permanent from our Leicester Office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tasks to a high standard in any industry.
• Customer-focused with good verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety.
• IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Technicians & Engineers to complete on-site tasks.
• Contribute to high-quality reports and feedback.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Quality and Environment compliance.
• Adhere to all company policies on site.
• Report all on-site incidents promptly.
• Respond quickly to resolve problems before escalation.
• Maintain good relationships and communicate to prevent issues.
• Flexibility for early starts, weekends and out-of-hours across the UK.
