Essential Criteria:

You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, with at least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting. You should have a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition, safeguarding and child protection procedures, and be confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-5 years, in line with Care Inspectorate standards.
